Amazon Upfronts
Upfront is the drum beat for the Amazon Sales team to engage with customers and entice them to advertise with Amazon in the upcoming year. Their goal is to reach the right customers at scale, generate press, and stand out among the sea of media networks during Upfronts season.
To aid in this, Pinch developed an immersive environmental design system that transported guests into the world of Amazon content. We drew inspiration from old school movie theater motifs as a nod to Amazon’s historic acquisition of MGM, and developed interactive activations that highlighted studio content and affiliate partners – tying back to the messaging from the main stage for deeper messaging and engagement.
Amazon swept the headlines this year, generating significant organic press related to the scale and scope of their Upfronts experience.
